Handmade Beet chutney

A rich, deep-ruby chutney with a sweet, earthy flavour and a gentle tang. It's very good with cheddar, on burgers and sandwiches, with roast meats, or as a spread on a ploughman's platter. Ingredients: Beetroot, onion, green apple, sugar, red wine vinegar, cumin, cinnamon, Himalayan salt, aniseed. Serve with: Soft or hard cheese, steak, sandwiches and bobotie. 375g
