These terms apply when you use this website or buy from BonBon's Handmade Goodness. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and payment
Orders are placed through our online shop and paid securely through Shopify's checkout. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you've been sent a confirmation email.
Delivery
We deliver across Cape Town. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We'll do our best to deliver within the timeframe given, but delays can sometimes happen.
Our products
Everything is handmade in small batches, so colour, texture and size can vary slightly from jar to jar. Ingredients are listed on each product page. Please check them carefully if you have allergies or dietary requirements.
Returns and refunds
Because our products are food, we can't accept returns of opened jars. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
