Tender button mushrooms marinated in a flavourful brine. They're a savoury snack straight from the jar, and they're also good on antipasti platters, in salads, or with grilled meats. Ingredients: Courgette, onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, peppercorns, chilli, coriander, red pepper flakes, Himalayan salt.
